Upgrading to the tool steel burr was immediate—the grind is noticeably faster and more aggressive, cutting my dosing time in half. The stainless retainer fits snugly and feels solid in hand, which makes the whole swap feel like a real upgrade.
The tool steel burr cuts through beans noticeably quicker than the stock one—I’m saving maybe 15 seconds per grind, which adds up. Paired with the stainless retainer, it locks in solidly with zero wobble. Upgrading was worth every penny.
