The straight-walled High Dose basket holds the coffee evenly with zero popcorning, and my shots are pulling way more consistently than with the old curved one. I’ve tried both 15 and 20 gram doses and it handles the range without any mess.
I was a little worried 18 grams wouldn’t fit in the Low Dose model, but it holds the coffee fine and the straight walls make cleanup a breeze. Pulled two shots back-to-back this morning and both came out even.
The High Dose basket’s straight walls make loading 18 grams a breeze, and it easily handles the 20 grams I sometimes push through. My shots are pulling noticeably more even now, no more channeling at the edges.
