The stainless steel build feels way more solid than the old plastic one, and it seats perfectly without any wobble. Grinds are noticeably more consistent now, so worth the swap if you’ve got an older Royal.
Swapped mine out this weekend and the stainless steel body feels rock solid compared to the old plastic one. Grind output is noticeably more consistent now, and the whole process took under ten minutes with a basic wrench.
