The Flair Pressure Gauge which is compatible with either the PRO Plunger Stem or the Stem for the Pressure Gauge Kit. Features a custom dial with up to 12 BAR pressure readings and an "espresso sweet spot."
The dial markings are crisp and easy to read even mid-shot, and the 12 BAR range covers everything I need for lighter roasts. Swapped it onto my existing stem in seconds and it reads consistently every time.
The custom dial with 12 BAR readings is such an upgrade—I can actually see the pressure curve now instead of squinting at vague marks. Screwed right onto my existing stem and it’s been spot-on for the last dozen shots.
Replaced the old gauge on my plunger stem and the dial is so much easier to read mid-pull, especially with those 12 BAR markings. The needle responds quickly too, which makes dialing in shots feel less guesswork.
