High Dose-kurv - En kurv med rette vegger for større doser. Flair anbefaler å starte med 18 gram, men kurven kan romme mer avhengig av bønnetype og brenningsgrad.
Low-Flow-kurv - Low Dose-kurven har skrå kanter og færre utløpshull, som leder bryggevannet gjennom kaffegruten under ekstraksjon. Disse egenskapene gjør det enklere å finne riktig innstilling og gir totalt sett en grovere maling. Start med 15 gram.

The straight-walled High Dose basket holds the coffee evenly with zero popcorning, and my shots are pulling way more consistently than with the old curved one. I’ve tried both 15 and 20 gram doses and it handles the range without any mess.
