Flair 58xをアップグレードするFlairの電動予熱システムで、安定した温度管理と製品内予熱機能を実現します。予熱電動システムは、低温85°C、中温90°C、高温95°Cの3つの温度から選択できます。これらの温度設定は、ダークロースト、ミディアムロースト、ライトローストのコーヒーに必要な抽出温度にほぼ対応しています。

Setting it to the middle temperature and pulling back-to-back shots, the thermal stability is night and day compared to my old routine. The three preset options are simple enough that I don't have to fiddle, and my puck prep actually matters now.
I was skeptical about yet another gadget, but the three preset temperatures make dialing in a no-brainer. The shots are consistently hotter and the workflow is way smoother than my old towel-wrapping routine.
