The manual lever gives me total control over pressure, and the preheating is quick enough that I’m pulling a flawless shot in under five minutes. It’s a learning curve coming from a pump machine, but the clarity in the cup is honestly a step above anything I’ve tried at home.

I finally dialed in a shot with the same body and sweetness I used to get from a cafe, and the direct lever action makes every step feel deliberate. The preheating routine is a bit ritualistic, but once you’re in the flow, it’s honestly the most rewarding cup I’ve pulled at home.

The pressure profiling on this lever gives me total control over pre-infusion, and even my first few pulls came out with crema thicker than anything my old machine managed. Pulling the lever takes some getting used to, but the ritual of it makes the espresso taste better somehow.
