Paniers High Dose - Un panier à parois droites pour des doses plus importantes. Flair recommande de commencer avec 18 grammes, mais il peut accepter plus selon votre café et le niveau de torréfaction.
Paniers Low-Flow - Le panier Low Dose a des bords chanfreinés et moins d'orifices de sortie, ce qui canalise l'eau de brassage à travers le marc pendant l'extraction. Ces caractéristiques permettent un réglage plus facile et une mouture globalement plus grossière. Commencez avec 15 grammes.
